Your mission

As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in a company’s IT department, which includes managing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. Your main duties will include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary team members and presenting on projects’ progress and results.

Your work will be based mainly on 3 pillars of analysis, namely: business analysis, process optimization and project management. Some of an IT Project Manager’s day-to-day duties include:

Setting project goals, coming up with plans to meet those goals and measure progress
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and creating status reports
Coordinating project team members and developing individual responsibilities
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedules
Conducting business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
Providing functional analysis and business processes modeling
Conducting risk assessments for projects
Being responsible for the successful production releases, as well as the quality of the solution and related deliverables
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients

Your profile

In-depth computer skills and knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration. IT background / coding skills is a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager
Experience in software project management, ideally web and/or mobile
You are trustworthy and have a high level of passion and integrity
Leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
Experience in managing data / machine learning projects is a plus
You are fluent in French, and you have professional skills in English, any other language is a plus
