We have developed an innovative platform that brings together homeowners and building professionals, as well as a suite of management tools designed to simplify the day-to-day work of professionals in the sector.

Your mission

Your mission will be twofold: on the one hand, you will guide our customers in the use of our innovative products, and on the other, you will ensure regular follow-up of their needs, ensuring their satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Support for new customers: you'll become their point of reference, training them in the use of our management tools and platform to maximize their efficiency.
  • Personalized customer service: you'll answer questions by phone and email, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • Follow-up and optimization: through regular contact with your customers, you will anticipate potential problems and make suggestions to improve our services.
  • Tailor-made contacts: you'll analyze the needs of individuals and connect them to the most appropriate professionals.
  • Continuous improvement: your opinion counts! You'll be encouraged to make suggestions to optimize our products and services.

Your profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and French (spoken and written): you will be the main point of contact for our Flemish customers, so a good command of Dutch is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: you know how to listen actively, respond clearly and adapt your speech to the person you're talking to.
  • Customer service skills: you're customer-oriented and like to solve problems proactively.
  • Organizational skills: you're able to handle several tasks simultaneously and are comfortable managing a customer portfolio.
  • Autonomy and initiative: you don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't hesitate to suggest improvements.
  • Experience in a similar role or in customer service is a major asset.
