Votre mission

Within the Growth Marketing team, in permanent alignment with the Product, Marketing and Data teams, you will be responsible for :

• Defining lead generation, nurturing and enrichment strategies
• Managing end-to-end marketing automation campaigns
• Supervising email marketing campaigns from conception to delivery
• Acting as the growth marketing lead for several digital products and Go-to-Market strategies
• Support the needs of the sales team by creating and managing targeted campaigns to support their initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and continuously optimize strategies to improve key metrics

Votre profil

• Fluent in English and one other language (French or Dutch).
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot (or other leading marketing automation platforms)
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound strategies
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for email template creation and customization
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage up effectively
