Founded in 2023, CAP Conseil is a pioneering sustainable development consultancy. Our services cover training and support for companies in developing their corporate social responsibility strategy, rolling out action plans, certification to several international standards and extra-financial reporting such as ESG/GRI/CSRD/CSDD. We serve a very broad portfolio of private and public sector clients of all sizes and in all sectors. We are an experienced, agile, creative and optimistic team.

Your mission

Passionate about genuine sustainability and transparency of information, you will manage projects for customers from start to finish, working with the CAP team and in close collaboration with the CEO.

You will support the junior teams and be a source of ideas. You will be familiar with diagnostic tools (b-corp/carbon balance sheet/Ecovadis/SDG assessment), reporting tools (CSRD, GRI) and sustainability analysis tools. You will manage the monitoring of CAP files and participate in the diversification and improvement of the services offered.

You will draft quotations and contribute to the company's strategy.

Your profile

• You have a master's degree in sustainable management or environmental sciences, or you can demonstrate equivalent experience in a company.
• You have a minimum of three to four years' experience as a CSR manager in a company or consultancy firm.
• Project and team management suit you perfectly.
• You are convinced of the societal role of companies and are solution-oriented to help them make progress.
• You're enthusiastic, optimistic, organised, rigorous, pragmatic, have strategic thinking skills and enjoy project management.
• You share CAP conseil's mission and values (professionalism, authenticity, enthusiasm, sharing and anticipation).
• You're not afraid to get your hands dirty in a small team.
• Given our client portfolio and our positioning, trilingualism (FR,NL,EN) is required.
