Your mission
The job of a consultant at WeQan encompasses a range of both technical and functional expertise. As a Qlik consultant, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of a BI project:
- Gathering & understanding end-user needs,
- Reflection & implementation of Qlik applications, including the setting up of an architecture, the development of the script and the data model, as well as the interface containing the relevant indicators and analytics.
- Carrying out the acceptance and testing with the business.
- Training and coaching of Qlik users.
- Support, evolutionary and corrective maintenance.
You will work with decision makers in companies, mainly financial, commercial and production managers. We focus mainly on beautiful SMEs in various sectors, such as industry, services or insurance. We also focus on software editors who wish to integrate Qlik solutions, possibly as a white product.
You will manage several projects in parallel, mostly independently. Some projects are also carried out in pairs, with a more junior consultant.
In addition to "project" type missions, you may be required to carry out specific expert missions and coaching of clients who have already been trained by our team.
Depending on your experience and affinities, you could participate in the pre-sales activities of the Qlik solution, in the realization of prototypes or in the development of solutions that allow us to inspire our customers and accelerate projects.

Your profile
- For at least 4 years, you have been applying your knowledge and skills in the implementation of Business Intelligence projects. Your technical expertise, as well as your analytical and writing skills, allow you to respond to our clients' strategic, operational and technical issues.
- You have already worked on Qlikview and Qlik Sense projects or participated in a Qlik deployment, and you are open to other technologies.
- You have worked independently on BI projects.
- Your personality and motivation will also make a difference: You are dynamic, open-minded, enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
- You are proactive and have good communication skills.
- You are willing to work on different projects and industries, at our clients' sites, from our offices or in the home office
- You have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You speak French and have a good level of English. Dutch is a plus.
- You ideally have a master's degree in economics, engineering, business intelligence, datawarehouse or computer science.
- Knowledge in finance and/or controlling is an asset.
- Competence in Microsoft BI/Power BI is a plus.
