Pyxis Belgium is hiring passionate Scrum Masters to guide agile teams towards the success of their projects. As a facilitator, you will contribute to establishing a collaborative dynamic and maximizing the value delivered to end-users.

Your mission

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
• Support teams in adopting Scrum practices and in continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Resolve bottlenecks to ensure the delivery of quality increments.

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent command of agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in coaching non-agile teams towards agile methodologies.
• Coaching and communication skills.
• Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English.
