Your mission

En tant qu’assistant pharmaceutico-technique vous exécutez les tâches qui vous sont confiées par le pharmacien.

Sous sa surveillance vous êtes entre autre responsable de:

• Assurer un service optimal à la patientèle en vue de répondre à ses besoins, de la fidéliser et de développer ainsi l’activité de l’officine
• Respecter les règles qui régissent la pharmacie ouverte au public et entretenir sa formation initiale par la formation continue, afin de remplir mieux la mission de santé publique qui incombe à la profession
• Contrôle des livraisons, rangement, vérification des péremptions, inventaire, etc
• Clôture de caisse
• Préparation de la facturation
• Merchandising et animation des vitrines
• Connaissance des objectifs de la pharmacie
• Connaissance du marché, des produits et de l'historique des patients

Your profile

• You have a recognized diploma of pharmaceutical-technical assistant and VISA
• You have a good knowledge of parapharmacy / cosmetology
• Good knowledge of computers (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Greenock is an asset
• Customer oriented: you respond easily to patients' expectations
• Empathy: you show an interest in the personal situation of both patients and colleagues
• Teamwork and collaboration: you cooperate with your colleagues to achieve the objectives and results of the pharmacy
