We have developed an innovative platform that brings together homeowners and building professionals, as well as a suite of management tools designed to simplify the day-to-day work of professionals in the sector.

Your mission

The People Officer occupies a key position in supporting the company's growth by ensuring the efficient management of the administrative and organisational aspects of human resources. As the company expands, it needs reliable support to ensure that its HR processes run smoothly on a day-to-day basis, both administratively and logistically.

Your responsibilities

  • Car fleet management: Overseeing the entire car fleet (leasing contracts, claims, maintenance), ensuring that employees have the vehicles they need and that the fleet is managed in the best possible way.
  • Office organisation and management: Ensuring a pleasant and functional working environment. Managing office supplies, coordinating with external service providers (suppliers, maintenance services, etc.), and ensuring logistical organisation adapted to the company's growth.
  • HR administrative support: Managing personnel files, monitoring absences, leave and other administrative movements. Working closely with the People Business Partner to update employment contracts and other HR documents.
  • Support for HR projects: Actively participate in HR projects, such as organising internal events, integrating new employees and implementing new internal policies in line with the company culture.
  • HR reporting: Preparing and monitoring HR reports (absenteeism, turnover, etc.), in close collaboration with the People Business Partner, to ensure that the company follows a controlled and structured growth trajectory.

Your profile

  • Experience in an administrative and HR role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and anticipate the needs of the business.
  • Language: FR with B2 level in Dutch
  • Tools: MS Suite
