We have developed an innovative platform that brings together homeowners and building professionals, as well as a suite of management tools designed to simplify the day-to-day work of professionals in the sector.

Your mission

As Business Developer, you will play a key role in our strategy to conquer the French market. Your main tasks will include:

Sales: Promote and sell a complete offering combining our marketplace and our suite of management tools, to construction professionals in France.
Active prospecting: Identify new potential customers by phone and organise appointments (via videoconference) to present our products and services to them.
Customer support: Assist new customers with their first use and provide follow-up to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Commercial follow-up: Manage your customer portfolio, respond to their requests via e-mail or phone, and ensure optimal follow-up in our CRM system.
Needs analysis: Understand the specific needs of French customers to propose the most appropriate solutions.
Cross-cutting collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations and customer service teams to effectively coordinate commercial activities.

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

Proven sales experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
Comfortable on the telephone and in videoconferences, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomous, persistent and able to overcome objections while remaining motivated.
Enthusiastic, enterprising and flexible, with a real passion for commercial challenges.
Excellent elocution and persuasive skills.
Knowledge of the construction industry or a keen interest in digital marketing would be a plus.
