Your mission

As HVAC Project Manager, you are responsible for the technical, financial, commercial and administrative follow-up of projects and sites. You are also responsible for the quality, safety and environmental aspects of the work carried out. In short, you are responsible for the management and execution of a project from A to Z.
An important part of your job consists of site meetings and the general organization of the site in order to coordinate your projects with the contractors, client and architect
You prepare the construction sites: drafting the site file, checking specifications and measurements, drafting technical data sheets, drafting SCC files, etc.
You check the work carried out and manage a team of technicians, fitters and draftsmen
You attend the site meetings, you organize toolbox meetings and you check whether the safety regulations are observed.
You are responsible for the planning and budget management
You draw up the as-built files, technical sheets and maintenance contracts after execution of the work.
You answer customer service questions and you create opportunities to valorize the technicality and the quality of the organization.

Your profile

You have a technical education (industrial engineer electromechanics)
Knowledge and experience in HVAC is a must
you stand out because of your technical knowledge, your meticulous approach, your team spirit and your creative way of solving problems
You can work independently as well as in a team
Finally, you have good customer relations and communication skills
