We have developed an innovative platform that brings together homeowners and building professionals, as well as a suite of management tools designed to simplify the day-to-day work of professionals in the sector.

Your mission

As a Business Developer, you will be central to our growth strategy. Your responsibilities include:

• Sales: Promote and sell a complete offering combining our marketplace and our management tools.
• Active Prospecting: Actively seek new potential customers by phone and organize appointments to present our products and services (in person or via video meeting).
• Customer Support: Help new customers with their first use and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
• Commercial follow-up: Manage your customer portfolio, answer their questions via email or phone, and keep all information up-to-date in our CRM for optimal follow-up.
• Needs analysis: Understand each client's needs to offer the most appropriate solutions.
• Collaboration with other teams: Work closely with the Marketing, Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure effective coordination of commercial activities.

Your profile

We're looking for a motivated, results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
• Comfortable on the telephone and in videoconferences, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, persistent and able to overcome objections without losing your motivation.
• Enthusiastic, enterprising and flexible, with a taste for challenges.
• Excellent elocution and persuasive skills.
• Knowledge of the construction sector or interest in digital marketing. B-type driving license required.
