Your mission

• Gather and document business information after consulting stakeholders.
• Analyze needs and bottlenecks from a business perspective, with a focus on pharmaceutical prescriptions.
• Develop use cases and process flows to optimize digital applications.
• Validate digital solutions in collaboration with developers in an agile environment.
• Write communication and training texts for end users in collaboration with the communication working group.
• Establish a network with business stakeholders to identify needs.

Your profile

• At least a master's degree, preferably in the health field or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a regulated sector.
• Experience with digital flows in the healthcare sector and affinity with IT applications.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate end-user insights into digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, good understanding of French and English.
• Practical experience with agility.
