Your mission

As Account Manager, you are the main point of contact between the company and its business customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maximising the value of their partnership.

The Account Manager reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a B2B customer portfolio: Managing a portfolio of professional construction/renovation customers, developing and maintaining lasting relationships, understanding needs and anticipating expectations in order to build loyalty.
• Growth: Develop growth plans for assigned accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
• Communication: Ensuring clear and regular communication with customers, anticipating potential problems and proactively resolving them.
• Negotiation: Managing contract negotiations, renewals, termination requests, whilst working to maximise cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Dutch as mother tongue (knowledge of French is a plus)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
