Your mission

In this central role within our organization, you are in charge of coordinating and managing the interventions of our technicians - independent in heating and sanitary - from our computer platform.

• Contact with the customer (e-mail or telephone, analysis of his needs, technical proposals, etc.)
• Drafting of the offer and the work order
• Organization of the interventions (customer/technician planning)
• Management of supplier orders and deliveries
• Follow-up of the interventions, customer reporting, ...
• Invoicing
• Occasionally, travel on site to control the work, crisis management, customer contact, ...
• Collaborate in the improvement of our processes and our strategic decisions
• Eventually and depending on your evolution and HeatMe's, the possibility to take charge of the coordination of technical operations within our company

To achieve these tasks, we will support you with a digital platform designed to facilitate the administrative and commercial management of customers. We will work every day to optimize it based on your input.

Your profile

• You have a technical profile (graduate, engineer).
• You have experience in the field of heating and/or plumbing.
• A first experience in coordinating a team of technicians is certainly a plus.
• You are interested in digital technologies.
• You have a perfect command of the French language, written and oral.
• Customer satisfaction is our/your priority: we always take our responsibilities to propose the best solutions and an optimal follow-up of the construction site.
• You are dynamic, autonomous and like to work in a team.
