Votre mission

As a Product Owner ITSM Tooling you are in charge of:

defining the appropriate organization for the portfolio you manage
agreeing upon the budget, necessary to have your scope managed in an agile way, mixing both day to day operations & application evolutions
managing the relations with the IT business representatives
defining its corresponding sourcing strategy
defining SLA’s, OLA’s, 3rd party contracts,…
managing & reporting internally within IT
developing the appropriate roadmap of our ITSM tooling
defining the priorities of our backlog and having it continuously delivered

In your role:

you are part of the application delivery community, consisting of around 30 persons
you hierarchically report within the Digital Platforms department, but your functional scope is throughout the full IT division
you are considered a senior delivery expert and as such have impact on our way of working
you are considered an expert both in ITSM tooling and IT processes. You are the linking pin to make sure that our IT processes & procedures are well translated into our ITSM tooling
your main focus is to evolve our ServiceNow platform drastically in the upcoming years

Votre profil

ideally you have already managed an application as a Product Owner
you preferably have experience in ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow
you have budgeting experience
you have a deep understanding of how IT operates, what kind of processes are needed to support its functioning and how this is to be translated into our portfolio of ITSM tools
your agile mindset makes it possible for our ITSM tooling to continuously evolve. You are in charge of having the right mix of profiles in your (virtual) team in order to make this happen
you show leadership, are communicative and can easily set up the operational networking relations in a complex organization
you can express a vision, translate this into a roadmap and manage its operational roll out
you are pragmatic but also result oriented and hands-on
ideally, you fluently speak English, Dutch & French
