Your mission

The projects

Small, medium or large, you have a very varied project portfolio! Whether it is a software adaptation, digitization of an industrial installation or large industrial IT/digitization projects, you have the entire management of the projects assigned to you.

For each project, you elaborate the realization plannings and determine the necessary means to reach the contractual objectives
You coordinate and follow up the missions through your project team until the achievement of the objectives (in consultation with the other PM of the EIAD department)
You select your suppliers/subcontractors and negotiate the commercial conditions (in consultation with the Purchasing department and your managers)

As a Project Manager, we count on you to achieve your annual turnover and profitability objectives. You will present your results on a regular basis and defend them to management during budget control meetings.

Your customers

Thanks to your outstanding commercial sense and your easy contact with customers, you maintain very dynamic relations with them, from the offer to the final reception...but much more!

The department

Your knowledge of the market and your experience make you an indispensable asset for the department. You do not hesitate to use it to manage/organize technical and commercial files. Your expertise is also welcome to help us grow, improve and develop.

You talk about it with interest and willingly organize actions to raise awareness within the department and your project team. Objective = maintain "zero accidents"!

You report to a Section/Department Manager.

Your place of work will vary between Ans and Fleurus, depending on the missions entrusted to you, but missions abroad are not excluded.

Your profile

Come make a difference as a Digital Project Manager with your skills & talents!

Basically, you have either :

A master's degree in industrial IT (automation) combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent function
a bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in computer systems (automation and IT)

You are familiar with several technologies listed below:

HMI, DCS, PLC (basic), SCADA (Wonderware Archestra, WinCC), Data reporting and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
automation/electrical engineering projects and process aspects
basic programming languages (Java, .NET...)
databases (SQL, PI OSISOFT...)
computer networks, robotics and network/cybersecurity (not mandatory but a plus)
Microsoft Office 365 suite: Word (text, tables, graphics), Excel (formulas, indirect addressing, table pivot. VBA and SQL type databases is a plus), OneNote, SharePoint, Teams...

Other required abilities:

To successfully complete your projects with multidisciplinary teams, you especially need leadership, thoroughness, organization and interpersonal skills!

Financial management (analytical follow-up) has no secrets for you. You are able to argue your choices technically and economically
You have a good management of the contractual aspects
you are quick and precise... such is your analysis of situations, allowing you to make quick and accurate decisions
you have a perfect command of French (written/spoken/spelling), as well as a good command of English (written/spoken)
