IBA is looking for a Business Engineer (student or internship) to support Transformation program in the department of Innovation & Development (I&D).

Your mission

Support the Director of the Transformation in I&D in the implementation of multiple transversal work packages (strategy, process, governance, re-organization, communication & culture).

More specifically:

  • Drive some ongoing GLINT initiatives for the I&D department (GLINT = Employee Experience survey)
  • Organization of quarterly townhall (next one mid-September)
  • Deployment of Confluence Proton Therapy space
  • Creation and deployment of ID quiz game (second wave)
  • Coordination of L(a)unch & Learn initiatives
  • Co-conduct diagnostic on organizational pain points
  • Participate and provide ad hoc support to misc. topics led by transformation director (e.g.,
  • Board preparation, strategic portfolio review, Product management revamp, I&D staff mgmt., etc.)

Your profile

  • Creative thinking, ability to think out of the box
  • Thinking conceptually and practically, problem-solving and MECE structuring
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically, top-down communication
  • Collaboration with all job levels, credibility in front of more senior Leadership / Management team members
  • Business acumen, organization and time management, sense of autonomy and ability to drive own work
  • Intellectual curiosity and audacity
  • Coachability and ability to thrive under certain amount of pressure / stress
  • PPT slide-making and excel (minimum mastering)
  • Fluency in French & English (required)
