Your mission

In this central role within our organization you are in charge of the coordination and management of the interventions of our technicians - independent in heating and sanitary - and this from our digital platform.

• Organization and coordination of interventions (repairs and installations)
• Management of supplier orders and deliveries
• Follow-up of interventions, customer reporting,...
• Invoicing
• Occasionally, travel on site to check the work
• Collaborate in the improvement of our processes, the improvement of our digital tools and our strategic decisions.
• Depending on your evolution, you may have additional responsibilities

To achieve these tasks, we will support you with a digital platform developed to facilitate the administrative and commercial management of customers. We will work every day to optimize it based on your input.

Your profile

• You have a technical profile (graduate, engineer, architect)
• You have an affinity with the energy field. Experience in the field of heating and/or plumbing is a plus
• A first experience in team coordination is a plus
• You are interested in digital technologies and the world of start-ups
• You have a perfect command of the French language, written and spoken
• Customer satisfaction is your priority
• You are dynamic, flexible, autonomous and like to work in a team
• You are proactive, resilient and solution oriented
• You have a good sense of organization in order to always define your priorities
• You are willing to work mainly from a PC (little time in the field)
