Foster Farm is an innovative and dynamic project whose mission is to welcome, develop and promote crafts through :

the provision of land and production workshop space
Renting out office space and coworking facilities to companies, business teams and freelancers wishing to set up in a unique workspace just outside Brussels.
The rental of meeting and conference rooms open to all companies outside Foster wishing to come and brainstorm, train or work for one or more days in one of our different rooms.
And last but not least, our future low-carbon restaurant, open to the public for lunch and dinner, offering healthy, local cuisine.

Your mission

The Workspace Manager plays a key role in promoting Foster Farm, expanding our customer base and effectively managing our rental space. This position requires a versatile, creative and results-oriented individual.

Communications:

Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Foster Farm's operations and services.
Manage social networks, website and digital marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content (articles, newsletters, press releases, videos) to improve our visibility and brand image.
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows and exhibitions.

Business Development:

Identifying and prospecting potential new customers and partners.
Negotiate and conclude contracts with customers and partners.
Develop commercial offers tailored to the needs of our customers.
Tracking market trends and suggesting strategies to improve our competitive position.

Rental and room management:

Manage the reservation and use of rooms and offices at Foster Farm.
Ensure logistical and technical coordination of events and rentals.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service.
Monitor rental contracts and manage related administrative aspects.
Oversee building maintenance to ensure a high quality environment.

Your profile

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience and qualifications:

Degree in communications, marketing, management or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of the events sector (knowledge of sustainable agriculture is an asset).
Fluency in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).
