Junior Sales SaaS
Betuned is recruiting a French or Dutch-speaking Junior SaaS Sales Manager with a good level of English to join its team on a permanent contract in Brussels!

You'll be working alongside our founder to grow our sales and the team! We are also recruiting a Sales Manager and a Customer Success Manager to build up our sales team.
Your mission
Are you eager to learn and want to be trained as a salesperson by the founder of Betuned? Are you not afraid to pick up the phone and call prospects? A no today is a yes tomorrow? If that's your attitude, we're looking for you!
During the first 6 months
You'll be trained to fully understand our SaaS solutions: career site creation and our ATS (Application Tracking System - CRM with lots of AI to manage the recruitment process. You'll accompany our founder on client meetings, call prospects to generate appointments, follow up leads and fill in our CRM.
You'll understand the market, how to demonstrate our products effectively, etc.
Once trained, you'll be able to work independently and develop sales and your customer portfolio, selling our solutions at meetings, virtual demos, events, etc.
Your profile
- A first experience as a salesperson is welcome but not necessary. What counts above all is your positive attitude and your desire to succeed as a salesperson!
- French or Dutch speaking, with a good level of English
- A genuine desire to learn about the HR Tech sector
- A desire to do more, to push back the boundaries, to conquer new markets and to increase the number of customers.
