You'll be working alongside our founder to create the Sales department at Betuned and grow our sales and the team!

Your mission

• The role will develop very quickly. The main aim will be to sell our SaaS solution to Belgian SMEs, while fine-tuning our go-to-market so that we can rapidly expand in Belgium and then internationally. But I'll also be putting together a small team of sales and customer success people, training them and developing the sales strategy.
• More than a salesperson, you're a consultant, guiding our customers towards the right solutions.
• Through your demos, you don't just show the product's features, you share a vision and build lasting relationships.
• With a deep understanding of customer needs, you tailor your approach, creating personalised strategies that resonate and convert.
• You bring feedback from the field to the team, influencing product development and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• As a leader, you will build a small team of jr sales that you will manage and grow in order to contribute to the success of our startup through its rapid growth.

Your profile

• Were you one of the very first sales people in a SaaS start-up? Are you familiar with the challenges of developing SaaS sales?
• Experience in sales team management, go-to-market and international sales strategy?
• French or Dutch speaking, with a good level of English
• A genuine desire to learn about the HR Tech sector and to grow and develop the team
• The desire to do more, to push back the boundaries, to conquer new markets and to increase the number of customers
• Digital minded, focused on results and solutions
