Your mission

The Digital Learning Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of Sibelga's Digital Learning Strategy. In this capacity,

You actively participate in the transformation of the current offer towards a blended training offer (digital and face-to-face) accessible on laptop, smartphone and tablet.
You identify, for any new request, the parts to be digitized and ensure in this context the role of project manager (determination of learning objectives and key messages, proposal of an architecture and a pedagogical scenario, determination of the workload, establishment of the schedule, drafting of mission orders, coordination of the production phases, monitoring of external suppliers, testing and implementation, cost monitoring).
You will accompany the change and ensure the adoption of the new learning methods at all levels of the company through the development of relevant communication actions. You play an important role in the implementation of the learning culture. You will develop, implement and ensure compliance with the guidelines for digital learning. You will organize the development of internal and business trainers' skills in the creation of digital training and will lead our learning community on our LMS.
Innovation in digital pedagogy is also a key aspect of this function (monitoring, continuous improvement, future IT developments, etc.).

Your profile

You have a Master's degree in education, communication, digital marketing or business sciences or equivalent by experience. You have also worked at least 5 years in the creation of digital training (digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning...).
You know how to create attractive storyboards and you master the main digital creation tools (Storyline, Rise, Genially, Flowspark, Ispring, etc. ....).
As a passionate teacher, the satisfaction of your internal clients is of primary importance to you.
You juggle with the concepts, tools and techniques of project management, communication and change management.
You are eager to learn and to help your colleagues learn, including by providing training yourself.
You are curious and creative. You dare to think outside the box.
You like to work in a team, with the business or external partners and easily build relationships of trust with them.
You also master some digital graphic creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Piktochart...) and are able to create attractive visuals to promote the trainings in our LMS or in our communication.
You have a good sense of organization and manage your priorities efficiently.
French or Dutch speaking, you are fluent in the other language.
